If you are new to Suffolk Bootcamps we love to meet you before you join, we like to run a Fitness MOT, this involves getting to know each other, showing you some moves (exercises, not dance moves), measuring your fitness and taking down your credentials. Once you have completed this and signed up to either 4/8/12 Bootcamp classes.
Classes are as little as £5.41 when you book 12. As we are 'competitive' with our deals we are unable to budge on prices. We run other classes and so there is always an opportunity for you to use your credits before the end of the 4 weeks. If you're after 9 classes, book Bootcamp x 8 and one pay as you go.
Rob will take you through your paces and get you achieve things you didn't think possible. If you are training for an event, want to improve your fitness, get into your teenage jeans we can help. You can also book in with a small group of friends. This can all be carried out at a location convenient to you, we do have a certain mile radius we go before travel fees kick in, or we have three park areas we use at which we can meet you.
We offer a PT intro package 4 sessions for £99, if you like them that much you can then book a block of 10 for £285. Rob can design a programme specifically for you.

Your Bootcamp Credits have a 4 week time limit and this starts from the first class you are checked into. If you are unable to attend your usual class, hey, don't panic we run other classes too, so as you don't have to miss a class. If you have more questions call Rob on 07505157774.
