Fitness should be fun, and here at Suffolk Bootcamps we make sure it is! Our fitness lessons are aimed to fit in with your lifestyle. We embrace the great outdoors and LOVE it and know you will too.
At bootcamp towers we offer; monthly bootcamps, personal training, fitness MOT (making sure you're good to go!), small group training, sports group training, flexible booking options (this doesn't mean touching your toes while signing up, but if you can we will be well impressed), friendly, fun, FREE sunrises and sunsets. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah a blinking brilliant trainer. All you have to do is get up and get out!
Suffolk Bootcamps operate in Woodbridge at Kingston Field, 6.30am Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Framlingham Pageant Field 6.30pm Tuesday, Thursday and 8.30am Saturday.
Bootcamps run on for 4 weeks with one week off. Each 4 week Bootcamp runs 3 classes per week at each location, they are 45 mins and only £5.41 a lesson when you book the full 12! Not bad eh?
But it gets better, we know life can get in the way of having fun, FIT, we mean getting fit! So if you can’t make the full 12 we have the option to come to 1, 4 or 8 during that month.

We know how warm and snuggly your bed can be at 6am in the morning and how after a long day you just want to pop yer feet up and have a cuppa and settle down to your favourite soap, but..... a fit lifestyle DOES get easier and then one day it's just part of your life and you start saying things you never thought you would say; 'Sorry guys no big night for me, I've got a date in the park at 630am!' trust me it happens!
You will be rewarded for your efforts and commitment, don't panic, not by group hugs, they can be awkward, but by feeling great in yourself and your clothes and without your clothes!
Okay, so in the winter months you don't always see your surroundings but it's not long before you see spring springing. This is all free by the way, how awesome it that!
We highly recommend looking after your tootsies, they deserve it, we put them through a lot. So, when you have decided to commit, trot down to your local sportswear shop, they offer a fantastic service your feet will be thankful for. It's not as expensive as it sounds (it all depends how carried away you get with all those scrummy colours).
GIRLS! You won't be bulking up, PROMISE, we need a little thing called testosterone to make this happen. You will tone though and suddenly you can wear vests again! OH YEAH!
Sadly we are in Suffolk so no ski-ing on snow days! Would you believe us if we told you do strip off in the cold? Well you do if you have put 6 layers on! And the bonus part is, working outside on those crisp mornings activates a little something we are all born with; 'brown fat'. Brown fat helps us to BURN those little deposits of naughty treats hiding away in our thighs, bottoms and tums!
There will be times when you just close your eyes and grit your teeth to get those reps up, there will be times when you feel a little light headed or want to go and hide behind a tree, it's ok....everyone has felt this. This is thanks to you pushing your OWN limits, remember you are only in competition with yourself, we work together as a group and keep each other going. We salute you BOOTCAMPERS now drop it and gimme 5.....10 for old timers!
When you have been to a few bootcamps you start to notice you can close a cupboard door without using your whole body, you pick up toys from the floor in squat position, vacuum engaging your abs, you can run after the delivery man you have just missed and not feel out of breath.....YOU FEEL EPIC!
Before you join, we like to get to know you and ease you into it, so you can arrive knowing what to expect.
You will have a fitness MOT; we jot down your essential numbers, take you through exercises and technique and discuss your goals. By the way this isn’t over a cuppa, this is over a kettle (bell)!
And you will love yourself too. You will be proud of yourself for pulling on your leggings and donning your sports jacket before and/or after work. It gives you a sense of pride and a blinking good feel good factor!
Enjoy your food, bring colour to your life, don't starve yourself, this just isn't fun and you only get to the end of the day and say 'hey, I've not eaten anything today, now where is that big lump of sugary something'. Everything in moderation is good. We recommend local nutritionists who will let you know that good food is GOOD!
Yeah.....it's not like that! This is skipping Rocky style! Just be careful not to whip your behind, sometimes you get a bit carried away with speed and you know about it when you don't make that jump!
Remember those days when you jogged down the road and back again.....nope! Neither do we. So next time jog down to your local bootcamp, have some fun, discover muscles you never knew and embrace your new lifestyle. It's GREAT!
