ALL WEATHERS! Sadly we are in Suffolk so no ski-ing on snow days! Would you believe us if we told you do strip off in the cold? Well you do if you have put 6 layers on!  And the bonus part is, working outside on those crisp mornings activates a little something we are all born with; 'brown fat'. Brown fat helps us to BURN those little deposits of naughty treats hiding away in our thighs, bottoms and tums! 
And you will!
And you will! We know how warm and snuggly your bed can be at 6am in the morning and how after a long day you just want to pop yer feet up and have a cuppa and settle down to your favourite soap, but..... a fit lifestyle DOES get easier and then one day it's just part of your life and you start saying things you never thought you would say; 'Sorry guys no big night for me, I've got a date in the park at 630am!' trust me it happens! You will be rewarded for your efforts and commitment, don't panic, not by group hugs, they can be awkward, but by feeling great in yourself and your clothes and without your clothes!
